View projectI work at the intersection of atomic-scale structure and engineering-scale performance.
My background spans nuclear materials qualification, nanoscale synthesis and characterization, and process development for metal additive manufacturing. I'm drawn to problems where a microstructural decision shows up later as a measurable change in part performance.
Beyond my laboratory work, my global experience studying in South Korea, my economic experience from my minor in economics, and my leadership experience as President of the Sailing Club at Pitt give me a wider perspective.
